The first 24 hours

A person who is not released sees a judge within 24 hours in the Criminal Justice Courtroom at 3228 Gun Club Road, at 10:00 a.m. on weekdays and 9:00 a.m. on weekends and holidays. On a misdemeanor, the judge may arraign and sentence right there, so get advice before you plead. PBSO’s online booking search and Inmate Records at (561) 688-4340 can locate someone.
