What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you type. Please do not include confidential details until you have spoken with Adam.
- Calls from the website. We count calls that start from this site, so we know which pages help people reach us. Call records can include the date, time, length and the calling number.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your browser, device, approximate location and pages visited. It does not tell us who you are.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our host records technical information such as IP addresses and browser types to keep the site secure and running.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you and to consider whether Adam can help with your case. We use call counts, analytics and logs to run and improve the site. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers who run the site for us (our web host, the form and email service, call tracking and analytics) and only so they can provide those services, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. To ask what information we hold about you or to ask us to delete a message you sent, email adam@harmelinlaw.com.
Attorney-client relationship
Contacting us through this site does not create an attorney-client relationship. See the website disclaimer.
